incretly
In build — launching 2026

The GLP-1 record, built like a clinical record.

Two things, done properly: a place to track what actually matters while you're on incretin therapy, and a price comparison that compares like with like.

Built by someone taking these medicines, who also happens to read the trial data for a living.

What's coming

First

Tracking that behaves like a clinic record

Not a mood diary with a weight box. One timeline, with the reference ranges and risk thresholds a clinician would actually use.

  • Weight, BMI, waist, waist-to-height — against centiles, not vibes
  • Bloods — HbA1c, full lipid panel, ApoB, ALT, renal, with targets on the chart
  • Blood pressure and fitness — including VO₂max where you have it
  • Dose history — titration, gaps, and what changed when
  • Progress photographs — private by default, yours to delete
  • One page you can hand to your GP — printable, properly referenced

Alongside

Price comparison that isn't quietly wrong

Most comparisons list a headline price per pen and stop. That is not a comparison — it is a coincidence. We normalise before we rank.

  • Cost per milligram, per dose and per month — not per box
  • Injectables and the new orals side by side, without pretending a milligram of one is a milligram of another
  • What's included — consultation, needles, follow-up, delivery
  • Checked and dated, so a stale figure is visible as a stale figure
  • Registration shown for every pharmacy listed

Why this, and why us

Because the existing apps are built for engagement, and the existing price sites go out of date quietly. Neither failure is malicious. They just aren't built by anyone who has to defend a number.

incretly is being built by an NHS hospital consultant — a doctor who has spent a career reading scans, reference ranges and trial estimands, and who is on GLP-1 therapy personally. That combination is the whole point: the features come from using the thing, and the rigour comes from the day job.

So: no transformation photography, no "incredible results", no invented scores. Where a number has a confidence interval, you will see the confidence interval. Where a figure is a week old, it will say so. Where the evidence is thin, it will say that too.
